Orders are shipped from New York City, USA
We do not offer exchanges
We will process your package within 1–2 business days and ship it out, with delivery expected in 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text, which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact [email protected] prior to sending it back.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may exchange or return them within 10 days of receiving your order.
To receive a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt (either a copy or the original).
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices on our website include applicable taxes and duties for US orders.
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees when your shipment reaches the destination. These are your responsibility, and they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
PREORDER ITEMS
If your order includes a pre-order item, the shipping date will be mentioned in the product description.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship together on the latest date indicated in your order confirmation email.

ROGUE Grey is committed to reducing our environmental impact. Our express shipments are climate neutral, as we partner with DHL to support sustainability through renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation initiatives.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
Note that we do not offer free returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the refund for international returns, and $150 SEK for domestic returns within the USA. Please contact us for a return label.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase (original or copy). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders with free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund if the order is returned or refused.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you do not collect your package or are unavailable to receive it, the package will be returned to us. We charge a $30 USD fee to cover shipping and administrative costs for uncollected packages.
